Arizona Smarter Greener Better Commercial Rebate Program
Southwest Gas commercial customers in Arizona may be eligible to receive rebates on the purchase and installation of NEW high-efficiency natural gas storage and tankless water heaters, griddles, fryers, clothes dryers, smart low-flow showerheads, air curtains, dishwashers, ovens and boiler equipment.
Rebate Application Details
Rebates are available for purchases made on or after July 1, 2012 until program funds are no longer available. Due to limited funding, please submit your rebate application as soon as possible after purchase and installation. Products must be installed before submitting a rebate application. Rebate applications will be processed on a first-come, firstserved basis.

How Do I Apply For Rebates
To determine product eligibility prior to purchase, please view or download a hard copy application. To apply online, click on the above "Apply Online Now" link. To speak to a customer service representative please call 1-866-802-7790.
Required Documents
Along with the completed, signed rebate application that includes your Southwest Gas account number, please submit a copy of your invoice(s) (or receipt) that lists where the equipment was purchased, the date(s) of purchase, and model number(s). Note: Equipment must be installed prior to the payment of any rebate. Southwest Gas reserves the right to verify both the efficiency and installation of equipment prior to issuing rebates.
Processing Time For A Rebate
Please allow 8-10 weeks to receive your rebate(s).
Program Eligibility & Limitations
- All qualifying energy-efficient equipment must be natural gas and must be installed at the business location of an Arizona commercial customer receiving natural gas service from Southwest Gas.
- Rebates are limited to new equipment only; leased, used or rebuilt equipment is not eligible.
- Warranty replacement are not eligible.
- Any individual rebate amount cannot exceed 50% of the purchase price of the new equipment.
- Offer not valid in conjunction with other utility rebates for the same end use product.
