Nevada Smarter Greener Better® Residential Rebates Program
Program Description
Southwest Gas residential customers in Nevada may be eligible to receive rebates on the purchase and installation of NEW high-efficiency natural gas tankless water heaters, natural gas clothes dryers, smart low-flow showerheads, lavatory faucets and windows. Natural gas furnace rebates are also available to northern Nevada residential customers. These high efficiency products can help you save money by reducing your natural gas bill.

Rebate Application Details
Rebates are available for purchases made January 1, 2013 through November 30, 2013 or until program funds are no longer available, whichever comes first. Due to limited funding, please submit your Rebate Application as soon as possible after purchase and installation. Products must be installed before submitting a Rebate Application. Rebate Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Completed Rebate Applications must be postmarked within 60 days of purchase or by December 15, 2013+, whichever comes first.
+Program participation dates are subject to funding availability and may change without notice. Program and submission deadline dates will be updated on the Southwest Gas website.
Required Documents
Along with the completed, signed Rebate Application that includes your Southwest Gas account number, please submit a copy of your receipt/invoice(s) that lists where the product was purchased, the date(s) of purchase, purchase price and model number(s). Note: Products must be installed prior to the payment of any rebate. Southwest Gas reserves the right to verify both the efficiency and installation of products before a rebate is issued.

How Do I Apply For Rebates
To determine product eligibility prior to purchase, please view or download a hard copy application. To apply online, click on the above "Apply Online Now" link. To speak to a customer service representative please call 1-866-802-7790.
Required Documents

Processing Time For A Rebate
Please allow 8-10 weeks to receive your rebate(s).
Program Eligibility & Limitations
- All qualifying products must be installed in a Nevada residential customer home receiving natural gas from Southwest Gas.
- Completed Rebate Applications with documentation must be postmarked within 60 days of purchase or by December 15, 2013, whichever comes first, to be eligible for a rebate.Rebates are limited to new equipment only; leased, used or rebuilt equipment is not eligible.
- Warranty replacement are not eligible.
- Rebates are limited to a maximum of two units for each equipment type per customer per year.
- Rebates are limited to a maximum of one application for each weatherization product (windows) per customer per year.
- Any individual rebate amount cannot exceed the purchase price of new equipment.
- Completed Rebate Application with documentation must be received by December 15, 2013 to be eligible for a rebate
- Offer not valid in conjunction with other utility rebates for the same end use product.
- New single-family and multi-family and individually-metered homebuilders may be eligible to participate in the natural gas tankless water heater rebate. For more information, click here.
